Agree the strategy — and the goals that prove it

A full-day session that turns competing views of the future into one agreed strategy and a set of OKRs your leadership team actually owns. Ideal before a new quarter, a new year, or a reset.

The problem it solves

Strategy days often end in warm agreement and a deck nobody opens again. Objectives get written up by one person afterwards, ownership stays vague, and by week three the team is back to business as usual.

This session closes that gap. The strategy is agreed in the room by the people who have to deliver it, and it comes out attached to measurable objectives with named owners.

One requirement: a Decider in the room — someone with the authority to settle it. Where the team is split, they call it, so you leave with a strategy rather than a shortlist.

Common questions

Do we need existing OKRs?

No. This works whether you're starting fresh or fixing OKRs that aren't landing.

How many objectives should we set?

Usually three to five. More than that and nothing is a priority — we'll pressure-test the list with you.

Can we include the wider team?

The core session works best at 6–10. We can design a wider cascade session afterwards.

What if leadership disagrees fundamentally?

That's exactly what the day is for — better surfaced and resolved in the room than discovered in Q3.
